Course Aims
The course is designed to introduce existing Paradox 8.0 users to some of the more advanced features and facilities of this software; to encourage confidence, control and creative use of Paradox by taking a structured look at some of the more advanced functions; to help users plan and develop their applications systematically, efficiently and economically; to promote good design and development techniques. Hands-on, there will be time to practice all the techniques taught and discuss how best to apply them to your database solutions. |
Assumed Knowledge
A good working knowledge of Paradox Interface, table creation, basic query and report writing functions and relational database concepts gained from practical experience in developing simple applications with the software or work-a-like products is assumed. Prior attendance on the "Paradox 8.0 for Windows 95 Introduction" course or similar knowledge gained from the workplace is essential. |
